accept fees for legal services. We can refer you to an Attorney if necessary. We cannot draft or

confidentiality during the processing periods. However we assume no responsibility for the
safety of documents during courier transit periods shipped via USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL or any
other courier. Please note: Customs officials have the right to inspect packages if they so
choose.

The legitimacy and accuracy of documents submitted by the client is the sole responsibility of
the client and their attorney. Florida Apostille Services, LLC assumes no responsibility to ensure
the accuracy or content of a document submitted to our office for processing.
Once documents are submitted to Florida Apostille Services, LLC for processing this indicates
the client’s agreement with this disclaimer and expressly excludes responsibility of any kind. The
client accepts and releases Florida Apostille Services, LLC of any claim of damages and court
fees from the processing of the documents.
